HSBC wanted to explain many of the exciting changes it is making as part of its sustainable finance initiative. This included a range of things already achieved while nodding to the fact that there are lots more to come.

We created a visual display of the milestones and achievements the bank has reached so far and its plans for the future. This was done using the idea of a seedling that continues to grow. As it does, we focus on each of the key facts before we see a fully grown tree, representing how the bank is working to create a sustainable future.

The animation has been used widely on internal platforms as well as social media to raise awareness of the range of initiatives.
