As part of the Ventilator Challenge UK, Rolls-Royce was one of several companies who built ventilators during the pandemic. The company wanted to show some of the work going on and tell the stories of the 300 employees who volunteered for the project.

Many employees had personal reasons for getting involved and wanted to use their expert skills to help wherever possible. This was one of the first times we had to film while socially distancing and taking all the necessary precautions but we were still able to deliver an overarching film and separate case studies, an infographic and photography from the visit to the factory in Bristol.

The films and other assets were used widely across social media and internal platforms.
